For Daniel, that translates into more than two decades in the construction arena. After graduating from the University of North Texas, his first stint was in the hotel industry, overseeing all phases of numerous multi-million dollar commercial projects.
In 2010, he began transitioning into residential; specialties include estimating, subcontractor coordination, site evaluation and franchise representation. Along with a high-ask, high-touch approach, Daniel has a proven history of completing projects on-time and on-budget. He’s also a skilled negotiator, offering clients an optimal value proposition.

Following 15 years in the banking industry, Emily joined Daniel in the business in 2015. Along with stellar accounting skills, she is a licensed Realtor, acquiring properties for the company and re-selling its listings. Emily also handles design and procurement for Vafa Construction’s spec projects.
In every sense, their business is a true family affair. The company’s LLC is DEAL Construction—an acronym of the Vafa family’s first names: Daniel, Emily, daughter Avery and son Logan.
